From 14 October to 17 November 2026, the European Commission, in cooperation with the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, is holding the European AI Innovation Month.
The initiative brings together policymakers, industry and public sector representatives and the research community through online and in-person events showcasing AI innovation and adoption across Europe. Its focus is the development and deployment of AI across all industrial sectors of the European Union.
Three flagship summits will take place during the European AI Innovation Month:
- International AI Summit (14 October)
- AI in Science Summit (15 October)
- Apply AI Summit (17 November)
Greece is taking an active part in the program through the Special Secretariat for Artificial Intelligence and Data Governance of the Ministry of Digital Governance, with initiatives including the 3rd Consultation Forum on Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector, which is listed as an official partner event of the European Commission’s European AI Innovation Month 2026.
The Forum is the closing consultation event of the project “Integrating AI Technologies in the Greek Public Administration”, implemented in cooperation with Expertise France and funded by the European Union through the Technical Support Instrument (TSI).
